French authorities say an incendiary device has exploded outside the Russian Consulate in Marseille on the third anniversary of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Russia on Monday demanded a full French investigation into an explosion at its consulate in Marseille which it said looked like an act of terrorism, state news agency TASS said.

Three explosive devices were thrown against the wall of the Russian consulate in the French city of Marseille with two exploding, police said on Monday. Nobody was injured in the incident, which occurred on the third anniversary of the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
