The National Weather Service released an updated flash flood warning at 4:42 p.m. on Monday in effect until 7:45 p.m. for Dauphin, Lancaster and York counties.

Portions of western Lancaster County have been hit again by flash floods and severe weather. Here are the reports FOX43 has been able to confirm.
At 2:22 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released an updated flood watch valid from 2 p.m. until Tuesday midnight for Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
A flood watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Sunday at 1:44 p.m. valid for Monday between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. for Berks, Lehigh, Northampton and Bucks counties.
The reopening coincides with the restaurant's 75th anniversary. Hank's Place opened as a roadside eatery in 1950. That first location — a "tiny little place," in the words of co-owner Anthony Young — was washed away in a flood.
