BOSTON (Reuters) -A federal judge is standing by her decision to block the implementation of a provision in U.S. President Donald Trump's recently passed tax and spending bill that would prevent Planned Parenthood health centers from receiving Medicaid funding.

Planned Parenthood sued the administration Monday, alleging that a provision of Trump's "big, beautiful bill" is unconstitutional and will cause irreparable harm.

Planned Parenthood North Central States estimates that 30% of its patients will no longer be able to use Medicaid to pay for their health care.
