Caitlin Clark will be in a 3-point contest for the first time in her pro career as the Indiana Fever guard will compete Friday night in the WNBA All-Star competition.
What's more, the league shattered attendance and viewership records last year as a rookie class that included headline names in Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese joined established stars such as A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart, Napheesa Collier and others. It seemed to set the stage for continued growth, but a work stoppage could slow that momentum.
Forty elite high-school-age female basketball prospects from outside the U.S. will participate in the third annual Basketball Without Borders (BWB) Global Women’s Camp in Indianapolis. The camp — hosted jointly by the WNBA, NBA and FIBA — runs July 17–19 at the University of Indianapolis’ Nicoson Hall alongside AT&T WNBA All-Star 2025 festivities.
This season’s Wings-Fever matchups have drawn plenty of attention by bringing together two of the league’s bright young stars.
A work stoppage is not out of the question if the two sides cannot come to an agreement. Minnesota Lynx All-Star Napheesa Collier mentioned the possibility as far back as March during an interview with CBS Sports, and the New York Post's Madeline Kenney reported on Tuesday that the players are "bracing" for a work stoppage.
Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever take on the Connecticut Sun in this WNBA matchup on Tuesday for the first time since their brawl in June.
WNBA Live presented by Panini returns to AT&T WNBA All-Star for its fourth year, taking place Friday, July 18th (10 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET) and Saturday, July 19th (10 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET) at the Indiana Convention Center.
