Dinosaurs are ruling the box office again. “Jurassic World Rebirth,” the seventh installment in Universal’s long-running prehistoric series, stomped to $147.3 million over its first five days in 4,308 North American theaters.

Superman, the first movie in Peter Safran and James Gunn‘s revamped DC Studios Phase I, "Gods and Monsters," has leaped to a $217M global opening. That's in line with the pre-weekend projection of at least $200M.

The latest “Jurassic World” installment made over $318 million in box office sales domestically and internationally over the last five days.
