The Pittsburgh Steelers are working through contract negotiations with the face of the franchise, TJ Watt. Of course, those talks have become much more problematic ever since Myles Garrett completely reset the edge rusher market.

The Steelers' T.J. Watt contract dilemma doesn't look like it'll be resolved any time soon — as insider Adam Schefter has provided a troubling update on the situation. On the July 8 edition of ESPN's Unsportsmanlike, Schefter revealed that Watt and the Steelers are still far apart in contract talks — as outside trade interest continues to rise:

T.J. Watt is the face of the Pittsburgh Steelers. But the chances of him getting traded appear to be rising a bit based on the latest report. Mark Kaboly, who is the Steelers correspondent for The Pat McAfee Show, has said Pittsburgh is calling around the league to assess Watt's trade value.
