U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday signed four proclamations granting two years of regulatory relief from Biden-era Environmental Protection Agency regulations, the White House said.

The Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Kristi Noem are canceling $18.5 million in grants they say were funding DEI and LGBTQ initiatives.

Biden will receive a lifetime achievement award and is scheduled to make remarks at the institute’s anniversary event on Oct. 26, said George Regan, a spokesperson for the institute.

Ky., used a digital signature to send out letters and subpoena notices related to the Biden autopen investigation.
