Matheus Cunha is a doubt for Wolves’ Premier League match against Chelsea on Monday due to illness. The 25-year-old returned from his two-match ban during Wolves’ 3-0 defeat away to Newcastle United on Wednesday night.

Arsenal have been joined by Chelsea and two other Premier League clubs in the race to sign Matheus Cunha before the January transfer window closes. The Brazil international forward has scored 10 goals this season having scored 14 in all competitions in his debut campaign following a £44million move from Atletico Madrid.

Aston Villa, Arsenal and Tottenham have all been credited with interest, while Nottingham Forest, who are in pursuit of a Champions League spot, are also believed to be keen. Cunha to leave Wolves is certainly one to watch.
