More than 200 trained Red Cross disaster workers nationwide are helping, including several from Central Florida

With thousands impacted by the wildfires in Southern California, NBC5 and the American Red Cross is asking you to help the victims during their time of need. In a release, the American Red Cross of Wisconsin says four volunteers and one employee are on their way to California to help with relief efforts. They expect more volunteers to join them in the coming days. The Red Cross says their focus right now is providing safe shelter, food, emotional support and other services to evacuees.
