MIDLAND, Texas — A memorial will be held on Monday, July 21, for the Midland family who died in the July 4 Central Texas flooding disaster, family friends confirmed with NewsWest 9 on Wednesday. The memorial for Kyndall Ramos, Tasha Ramos, Joel Ramos, Shellie Crossland, and Cody Crossland will be held at The Horseshoe Arena at 11 a.m.
He was more than just a friend, mentor, and leader — he was our family," the Marble Falls VFD said in a statement.
