Blue Jays outfielder Daulton Varsho robbed Jarren Duran of extra bases on Tuesday courtesy of one of the wildest catches in recent memory.

We're talking about Gold Glove-winning Daulton Varsho here. And with Jarren Duran hitting a long fly ball to the warning track in Toronto on Tuesday night, Varsho got to the spot well ... but then he took a tumble. But instead of, say, having a Jose Canseco moment, Varsho got to his knees and BACKHANDED THE BALL INTO HIS GLOVE FOR THE OUT.

The Toronto Blue Jays activated Daulton Varsho off the injured list, and the Gold Glove outfielder will make his season debut against the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night.
