Kirsten Storms, who has portrayed Maxie Jones on General Hospital since 2005, is away for a temporary absence from the long-running ABC daytime drama.

Storms, 41, has already filmed her final scenes — for now. Amid her absence, she is moving from Los Angeles to Nashville with her daughter, Harper, 11, whom she shares with her ex-husband and fellow soap actor, Brandon Borash.
