This year's festival offered a chance for residents to help with a piece of public art set to be installed later this year.

CEDAR FALLS -- The Cedar Falls Kiwanis Rough Risers will meet at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 16. The Rough Risers meet at the First Christian Church, 1302 W. 11th St. (next to the old high school).
