Celine Dion made a surprise video appearance at Eurovision on Tuesday, 37 years after winning the song contest for this year’s host nation, Switzerland.

Dion previously won the Eurovision Song Contest for Switzerland in 1988, and shared a message at this year's contest held in Basel, Switzerland

The music superstar delivered a pre-recorded message to the multi-national singing competition as Dion continues to battle a rare neurological disorder called Stiff Person Syndrome.
