Humid with daily pop-up downpours, mainly right in the middle of the afternoon.Tuesday starts out dry on the radar, but feels quite muggy. That tropical feel fuels scattered downpours in the afternoon and evening.

The hatched areas on the National Hurricane Center's tropical outlook map indicate "areas where a tropical cyclone — which could be a tropical depression, tropical storm or hurricane — could develop," said National Hurricane Center Deputy Director Jamie Rhome.
