A 39-year-old Canadian man has been charged with hijacking a small plane that disrupted operations at one of Canada’s busiest airports, CNN reported, citing police and court records.

Brantford police say they've arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with an early morning assault and stabbing in Victoria Park that left one person in hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
